IBM

Cloud certification curriculum across five role tracks — built in Articulate Rise from public source material and SME input.

  • Articulate Rise
  • Certification
  • SME collaboration

01Who they are

IBM — the enterprise technology company. This work supported their IBM Cloud certification tracks.

02The challenge

Build rigorous, certification-grade training for IBM Cloud roles — Cloud Advocate, Developer, Tech Advocate, Architect, Advanced Architect — from existing materials and SME input, at enterprise standard.

03What I did

Worked on a team that took existing materials, met with SMEs, wrote course design documents, built courses in Articulate Rise, and supported deployment across multiple certification tracks.

04The outcome

Certification curricula spanning the IBM Cloud role ladder — from foundational Cloud Advocate content up through Advanced Architect — built to the standard an IBM cert requires.

No certification exam content is shown — that material is IBM-owned and confidential. Training modules were built from publicly available source material.
