I would just stay in my shell because I was afraid of being judged. Her books have been huge in just understanding that we all face shame and guilt but being able to be vulnerable and open about it, creates such compassion and confidence in yourself. And then so many people resonate with it so I read her books, I listen to her social media channels. She is one of my favorite favorite people and she’s so real in how she speaks that you feel like she’s speaking directly to you and that made a huge impact on me.
